We have been working through the challenge to attract positive energy and change our vibrations. There are times when we all become overwhelmed and we need to make a shift to feel like a lighter version of ourselves.Each day we have been using one simple task to make the shift to overcome feeling overwhelmed and to feel bold and brave.
Day 1 We got dressed
Day 2 We dropped off coffee to a friend
Day 3 Compliments: give one, get one and just say thank you!
Today we will chat about consuming personal development (podcasts/books/articles/webinars)!

I decided to host this challenge because of my story. Forgive me in advance if you know my story and you have heard my story too many times already but if you are new here then I will share that I went from living in straight survival mode. I was a full time single parent, working full time and literally just living to make it through each day. So I am sharing some of the things that I tried that helped me overcome the feeling of being completely overwhelmed and start to feel like I was truly living my life.
Today that task is to spend 5-10 minutes on personal development. Listen to a podcast, read a book, read an article, join a webinar! The best way to do this is to check out material from a new source that you haven’t checked out before!
